Our Story
The co-founders of Warrior of Passion are two sisters, Angelique (Angie) and Monique (Momo). They are modern-day nomads born to South African- German parents who travelled the world for 18 years. They grew up across 8 cities, 7 countries, across 5 continents and travelled to over 45 countries. Having grown up moving every 1-3 years both sisters developed a motivated mindset.

Growing up in environments where no one is like you and it's the most terrifying but amazing experience. The beauty of this upbringing is that Angie and Momo learned to love the journey and all that comes with it and it kept their mindsets strong and motivated through the very belief that through gratitude you can create light and shine brightly within yourself and illuminate others.

Angie's Story
At the age of 35, Angie's health was deteriorating, and she made the difficult decision to get gastric sleeve surgery to improve her wellbeing. 45 kilos down, and it was the best decision she could have made.

While battling with her health, Angie lost her job, then her home, and went through a painful break-up.

She moved into Momo's spare room, unable to work and without employment prospects as the COVID-19 pandemic began. Warrior of Passion was born during this challenging time as a way for Angie to focus on building her dreams whilst at rock bottom. Angie is now the most successful she has ever been, and she credits her love for poetry to her colourful upbringing, mental strength, positive approach to life, and passionate heart.

Here are the words we live by:
‘We are all works in progress; no one but yourself to impress. Move at your own pace, no stress. Your life, your definition of success.’
